Our Olive Leaf Gin is created from the Estate’s distilled grape wines, infused with juniper, and the leaves of our Arbequina olives (grown at our Olive Grove in Canyonleigh), which produce our award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Olive leaves have been infused into the mix to give our gin its subtle green hue. This unique creation is a savoury, clean, crisp gin perfect for a Gin & Tonic, Martini, or to be enjoyed straight.
