Peppergreen EstateNew South Wales Brut Méthode Traditionelle 2018
About this product
Our 2018 Brut Méthode Traditionelle was created using the traditional method of the Champagne region in France. It’s a delicious aperitif wine with the flavour to accompany canapés. The perfect choice for the warmer weather.
Tasting Notes
Delicate nose with white nectarine and a little honey.
Subtle overtones of brioche.
Fine, soft palate with good balance.
Finishes dry, with a light texture.

89 points The Real Review
Light straw colour with a distinct copper tint. The bouquet has a nice balance of the savoury and the fruity, with a lychee-like, almost muscaty note. Toasted cashews, too. The wine is fresh and delicate and medium-refined.
