These are our core principles with the Spanish-Inspired Silver Cane Spirit. Designed with the cocktail bartender in mind, we wanted to create a spirit that allows the skill of the bartender to shine, and to show an appreciation for classics.
The Spanish Inspired Silver Cane Spirit is produced on one of the world's smallest continuous column stills, inspired by Spanish producers of yesteryear and designed and hand-built by our Master Distiller, Alexander Bell. A light, delicate spirit containing citrus, tropical fruits, and an earthy aroma reminiscent of the first scent of rain, the Spanish Inspired Silver is carbon filtered to maximise purity and cleanliness.
