The Spanish Inspired Dark Cane Spirit is produced on one of the world's smallest continuous column stills, inspired by Spanish producers of yesteryear and designed and hand-built by our Master Distiller, Alexander Bell. Infused with charred bourbon, tawny and shiraz staves, the Spanish Inspired Dark presents a level of depth and complexity seldom seen in such a young new make spirit.
