The remarkable personality traits of Peruvian Coffee combine a sweet character with delicate acidity. Incorporating a cocoa nose with elements of honey and toasted almond notes, we believe this creates the 'Perfect Storm' of flavour. This is our coffee storm.
The Milton Rum Distillery has re-awakened 150 year old rum making techniques, to create premium quality, new make cane spirits.

At first, I struggled to find the rum notes I was expecting as they were overpowered by the coffee notes, which, as exquisite as they were, felt too strong. Now with time, the rum character has come forward nicely with the coffee notes stil

Can't fault the beautiful coffee flavour, but it completely lacks the characterful rum notes I was expecting, say if you compare to the Plantation Dark Pineapple rum, which actually tastes like a premium rum in which the flavour is delicate
