Pepper, cinnamon, clove spice-super spicy bouquet. ..but that spice lifts things to hearty freshness. Smooth, dark fruit concentration, choc-berry...green herbs, fine, firm tannin finish( that rolls on). Lovely, ultra firm but gradually building pucker to close actually. This has an elegant bent. Very good.

Deep red/purple, very youthful colour, looking several years younger than it is.Blackberry, preserved black plums, spice and jammy aromas, the palate big and bold and youthfully brash.Again, its backward for its years, the texture a little rough and gritty, but its going to be long lived and will almost certainly reward further keeping. (2021-2039)
