About this product


Hand picked, wild fermented, whole bunches, open vats, 12 months in new and used French oak, not fined or filtered. Smooth dark fruit, choc-berry and wild thyme, fine tannins finish- and roll on. Lovely, firm, rich and elegant,-no bitterness or rough tannins- will be long-lived and will certainly reward futher keeping.
