Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

50yo vines. 24 months in (25% new) French oak. It's a plum-shot, curranty shiraz running on rails of satin. Make hay, the sun's been shining and the grapes taste of pure blue sky. It's both vibrant and deep, smells of more than just fruit, has taken oak in its stride and feels fussed over in the best of ways.
