This dry style of Rosé is fresh and lively with berry fruit aromas and floral hints combining with a soft, silky mouthfeel. The palate shows hints of strawberries and cream, perfectly balanced with fruit sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish.
Winemaker’S Note:
The grapes were picked , then crushed and left on skins for 8 hours to enhance the flavour and release the vibrant colour, before being pressed.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
