DominicBlack Label Sauvignon Blanc 2018
About this product
Cool nights lead to crisp sunny mornings when the grapes were harvested in the misty sunrise. After crushing, the cool, green juice was drained from the skins before clarification and fermentation at cold temperatures. This has resulted in a wine with a pale straw colour and fresh herbaceous aromas of cut grass, asparagus, tinned peas and gooseberries. The palate is full flavoured and lingers well with a clean crisp finish. A perfect wine for grilled fish with black pepper and a twist of lemon.
