About this product


Our Pinot Noir grapes are estate grown and the wine is made onsite. The grapes were cold soaked for 5 days before fermenting in an open fermenter. The fermentation took place with 50% whole bunches to add tannins and complexity. The wine matured in French and Hungarian barriques for 10 months. This wine is unfined and unfiltered.

The wine has cherry and red plums upfront and red peppers, cloves and spiced oak on the mid palate, resulting in a well structured and balanced wine.
