This is a pinot that is simply deliciously drinkable from the get-go. Aromas of black cherry and lightly roasted coffee with a dark chocolate coating emerge. The medium bodied palate offers succulent supple fruit flavours balanced by a fine chalky acidity sustaining a long finish. A fine thread of tannins adds structural integrity.
