About this product

South Block is a small south-facing block planted to Mendoza Chardonnay. The cooler site delivers lifted aromas of lime and white flowers, and a palate of singular complexity, elegance and finesse with hint of oak flowing through.

A wine to drink and enjoy now or cellar for 10 or more years. Racked directly to barrel after whole-bunch pressing, this wine is another expression of TarraWarra Chardonnay. Made without yeast or acid addition, the wine is matured in French oak for 10 months. It is crossflow filtered without fining before bottling at the Estate.
