Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazAromas of dark cherry, plums and chocolate, and a palate of forest fruits, vanilla and a hint of spice combine perfectly to produce a balanced, full flavoured wine with soft tannins and excellent length.
The Estate range is a blend of some of our finest Shiraz parcels from across Langhorne Creek. Specifically selected parcels of fruit from our highly regard Block 9 at Belvidere Estate vineyard at Langhorne Creek was vinified in five tonne open fermentation for eleven days to highlight the regional characteristics and then matured in new and seasoned American Hogsheads for twenty one months to add complexity and finesse. Drinking beautifully now, but has the structure to reward patient cellaring for 10 or more years.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
