Dry, Medium Bodied style of Cabernet SauvignonPairs well with BeefCabernet Sauvignon from selected Langhorne Creek Vineyards has been vinified using a combination of fermentation methods, with French and American oak used to build a well structured wine. This cool climate Cabernet is rich and complex, displaying typical characterisitcs of the Langhorne Creek Wine region. Lifted aromas of dark cherries and chocolate mingle with a richly flavoured palate of blackcurrants and ripe plums. The tannins are excellently structured to provide a smooth finish to each sip.
