Fresh cool climate varietal blackcurrant fruit aromas on display with blackcurrant fruit cheek by jowl with grassy, herbal notes. A medium weight palate, the flavours very pure, red and blackberry like with a cedary element adding a layer of complexity. The tannin is light, but in balance, and there's an easy harmonious feeling to the wine in general.
