Under WrapsOrange Region Shiraz 2016
About this product
Our icon Shiraz, sourced from a single vineyard in the Orange Wine Region, Full-bodied and rich.
MATURATION
Matured for 16 months in a mixture of new and one to three-year-old 500-litre puncheons and 300 litre hogsheads. We used a mix of American and French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
This soars with pretty aromas of florals, red-berried fruits, a dusting of spice and equally rewarding on the palate. An elegant wine, medium-weighted with supple, sleek tannins, crisp, lemony acidity, and plenty of joy in between. Really hard to put down.
FOOD MATCHING
Rare roast beef with pepper sauce served with roast root vegetables such as beetroot and potato.
