An intense red color wth predominance of red fruits, such as plums with spices like pepper and a slight hint of vanilla. In mouth is delicate and elegant, demonstrating a perfect balance between freshness and concentration. Unctuous, enveloping with soft tannins and a final, persistent flavor.
Best served at 15° – 16° C
Enjoy with white meats and pasta.
Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Then, 6-8 months in bottles.
