Dried herbs and lemongrass, citrus rind of all sorts: lemons, limes and grapefruit. Shy on flesh, though long on drinkability. A wine that makes you thirsty, so food should be in the mix

Good Hills Sauvignon, and to cut to the chase, you get what you came for here. Guava, gooseberry, pineapple, a little tomato bush herbaceous stuff. It’s juicy, tropical but not too overt, some gloss to texture, good cut of acidity, and a slightly chalky and spicy finish of good length.
