Medium to deep purple/red colour with a subtle spicy, nutty bouquet; hints of pepper, banana and cherry. Fruity and soft but also savoury in the mouth, finishing with drying but subtle tannins that cleanse the finish. Lovely balance and drinkability, but it also has good structure. Very good drinking and great value.
