Paulmara EstatesSyna Shiraz Limited Release 2016
About this product
Ascending super-ripe aromas of lifted dark fruit and soaked plums. Beneath, roasted meats, complemented with a dusting of earthy, expressive characters. Full bodied and youthful. The palate is masses of dark fruit, chocolate and graphite with enough grand tannins and acidity conspiring to maintain dimension and balance. Rich and dominant with substantial backbone to the finish.
This is lovely rich, ripe Barossa shiraz with good structure.

Quintessentially Barossan, albeit, of a lighter shade. A chiaroscuro of saturated dark fruit flavours, charcuterie, coffee bean and violet are juxtaposed against an uncanny freshness and polished, granular tannins. A fine weave.
