This estate grown Shiraz is full of super-ripe aromas of blackberry, blueberry and dark cherry, complemented with a dusting of chocolate, mocha and coconut as secondary characters.&nbsp;The palate is all ripe fruits and mocha on the nose, but has enough silky tannins that add acid to provide a substantial backbone to the finish.<br><br>&nbsp;Aging potential:&nbsp; Approachable now, but 5-10 years cellared in a dark place will reward those who can refrain from drinking it now.<br><br>This is lovely rich, ripe Barossa shiraz with good structure.
