All grown in within the Wood Park home block the varieties are harvested separately and all fermented in 3 tonne open fermenters and regularly hand plunged, helping bring out the vibrant color. The wines were transferred to seasoned oak barrels for 22 months and blended prior to bottling. This style was inspired by the super Tuscans of Italy.
