Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Top tier shiraz from an estate in organic conversion. Blended via a barrel selection after several pathways explored over a 16 month period. No fining or filtration. The colour is excellent, bright red with purple hues. It's very much in the medium-bodied realm with fragrant red and black currants, Moroccan spices and vanilla from the new oak selections. To taste, it's quite angular, with a firm fresh cherry acidity that provides both refreshment and length. It should have a good future.
