This mixed pack is a wonderful introduction to our organically grown, low intervention wines, it includes:

1 x 2019 Chardonnay

This single-vineyard wine is intensely flavoured and displays honeysuckle, ripe peach, quince and cumquat with attractive integrated oak and hints of cap gun from wild fermentation. Our Chardonnay is picked earlier compared to many Margaret River vineyards. We achieve excellent flavour at low sugar levels, while retaining excellent natural acidity and floral aromatics. Vegan friendly and made with minimal intervention.

1 x 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Petit Verdot 

Classic Margaret River, this wine shows red and black currant with savoury notes of damp earth and dried herbs. An elegant, medium-bodied palate combines perfumed briary notes and red berries with fine tannin, and will develop beautifully over the next 5-10 years.

1 x 2015 Shiraz

An attractive bottle-aged style that displays cranberry, raspberry, red currant and blue fruit characters intertwined with the earth, leather and savoury notes that one expects with bottle maturation. Ready to drink now and enjoy now but will reward further cellaring.

1 x 2013 Zinfandel

A fragrant mix of dark plums, sweet fruit cake and savoury spice, the nose is pure Zinfandel. Supple tannins frame a palate of briary berry fruit and dark chocolate, with beautiful saline and mineral acid.

1 x 2014 Grenache / Shiraz / Mourvèdre

An elegant, perfumed wine with red berry fruits, notes of clove spice and fresh bay leaf. A beautifully fresh palate shows raspberry pip, cocoa powder and damp earth with fine, ripe tannins.

1 x 2015 Mourvèdre

Ripe plums and spiced fruit, anise spice, sea breeze and fresh herbs. A round and supple palate is framed by sweet fresh fruits, fresh spice and fine grained tannins. An elegant and perfumed wine with plenty of years ahead of it.
