A blend of 63/37% cabernet sauvignon/shiraz from the western subregion of Greenock; matured in French oak (26% new) for 16 months. Murray Street’s take on the Great Australian Blend shows deep crimson in the glass with aromas of blackberry and blood plum cut with fine spice, licorice, dark chocolate, earth and light blossom notes. Balanced, graceful and packed with spicy black fruits, fine, chalky tannins and a bright line of acidity on the sustained finish.

Fruit expressive and perfumed, the bouquet shows dark berry, floral, warm spice and toasted nut aromas. It's beautifully rounded in the mouth delivering fleshy texture combined with well-integrated tannins, offering excellent drinking. At its best: now to 2032.
