This surprising Vegan friendly Cabernet Sauvignon is 100 % Estate-grown on the Mornington Peninsula and has been aged exclusively in Florentine Terracotta Amphorae. Earthy and honest, it has a herbaceous spiciness with star anise, licorice undertones and a hint of tobacco. A young Cabernet with great acid balance, this wine exhibits a structure which will age well, but can be enjoyed now.
