Vintage 2018
Brief skin contact and barrel fermentation have resulted in a wine with only glimpses of salmon (no pink) colour. Despite the lack of conventional hue, it's not a cobbled-together wine - it has good intensity, with spicy red cherry fruit persisting through above average length. A wolf in sheep's clothing.
