We start the process with a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to help retain those wonderful tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and passionfruit. This wine is all about the freshness and enjoying on a warm summers day.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
