Our Shiraz Viognier comes from our organic family vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley. The 2017 Vintage was outstanding and it shows in this wine. Co-fermented with 6% Viognier and 94% Shiraz produces a beautifully integrated wine, subtle floral aromas with apricots on the nose. A full flavoured palate of cherries, plums and spice.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
