We start the process with a cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to ensure the fruit characters and freshness is retained. On the nose you will find sweet strawberries with a subtle floral lift. The palate is filled with strawberries and pears with a dry finish.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
