The Amphora fermentation vessels give the wine structure and length on the palate and add finesse and complexity.

The Tempranillo fruit was hand-picked and de-stemmed into amphora clay pots lined with bees wax. The ferment was initiated using wild yeast. When dry, the ferment was pressed off into old oak for Malolactic fermentation and cellared for twelve months before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Plum red in colour. The aroma is dark chocolate and tobacco leaf. The palate has plums, cloves and hint of tobacco and is savoury with fine tannins.
