About this product


The Tempranillo fruit was hand-picked, de-stemmed into ferment vats and cold soaked for three days. When dry, it was pressed off into old oak for Malolactic fermentation and cellared for twelve months before bottling.

Tasting Notes:Dark purple red in colour. Aromas of mulberries and pomegranate, hints of cassis and blueberries. The palate is soft and inviting, full bodied with deep broody flavours. It has fine tannins with flavours of mulberry and earthy beetroot and black olive.
