When the weather conditions work perfectly we are able to leave our Verdelho grapes hanging on the vine to dry a little longer, giving us more intense flavour and a delicious citrus sweetness.
Tasting Notes: A sweeter white wine, pale straw in colour. Aromas include hints of jasmine and tropical fruits. The palate is well balanced, soft and generous, with green pineapple and pink lady apple flavours, and a clean and juicy acidity on the finish.
