Winemaking notes: Sauvignon Blanc is steel tank fermented. Semillon in old French oak for two months.
Tasting notes: Aromas of sea salt, fresh stewed apples, white nectarine, salted preserved lemon and fresh brioche. The palate jumps out of the glass with apple, sugar snap pea, hints of cassis and white currant. The finish is creamy and long.
