About this product

Pecorino is a native from the Marche region of Italy where it produces wines that are fresh, delicate with zesty aromas, crisp with a minerality on the palate. This wine displays all those characters spicy, herbal with crunchy texture and wet slate flavours.
Tasting notes: The wine is bright yellow -green in colour with lifted aromas of apricots and peach blossom and hints of spice. The palate is rich with fresh fruit and finishes with soft citric acid.
Cellaring: This wine is ready to drink now, this wine is best drunk young while it's perfume is most heady and the palate fresh.
