About this product

25 years chemical free, Estate grown Figs poached gently to extract the sweet fig aroma, essence, and earthiness. The gin botanicals and spirit show early on the nose with all the fig showing on the palate. 

Pour over ice and enjoy or add some lime for a flavor explosion, a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity which stretches the profile, then add a little good tonic to create the perfect G&T.

A small batch Gin that is to die for. Hard to find in all Dan M’s and when I find it I buy a couple . You will never go back !!!

My sister in law sent a bottle over to me in NZ. I am a gin drinker, however I do not feel this represents gin at all. It is such a gorgeous taste, that it can be drunk straight. It is truly such a treasure, I just wish we could buy this

I never like the hint of the bitter taste and smell of gin (and I only use sofa not tonic), but with this gin I can drink it straight with ice because diluting it seems like a waste! It’s fragrant and delicious
