Clarendon HillsKangarilla Grenache 2015
About this product
Low yielding dry grown vines produce a wine of incredible intensity and floral componentry. Bright red and black cherry fruits are laced with bright natural acidity with floral and savoury crushed house brick terroir overtones. The Kangarilla vineyard features within Clarendon Hills' Premier-Cru classification system and is one of the ultimate single vineyards of Grenache in Australia.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

From the substance of Romas, to the exotics of Kangarilla. Ripe black fruit nuanced with licorice, star anise, baking spices, cedar and fresh leather. The trademark chalky tannins are there, but just glide along with the ripe glossy fruit. Lots going on.
