Vintage 2016
93 points wine Advocate
The 2016 Liandra Syrah comes across as just slightly less rich and concentrated than the other single-vineyard Syrahs this vintage. On the nose, it dials up hints of hickory-smoked bacon, purple raspberries and menthol, while the medium to full-bodied palate is supple and fluid, flowing into a silky, lingering finish.

Exuberant and complex with aromas of cloves, pepper and hard brown spices and a dark, black-cherry and blackberry thread. This is plush and ripe on the nose with a very defined, powerful yet elegant feel. Smoothly rendered finish with a great sense of concentration and depth. Immense, dark-plum and berry flavors here. Drink or hold.
