The palate exhibits red berry like flavours and a sweetness that is balanced by a drying and soft tannin finish. The wine can be enjoyed by itself, slightly chilled or at room temperature with varied range of food like slow cooked meat dishes, cheese platters and after-dinner dark chocolate.
