Blended together to produce a wine that is green-straw in colour, with aromas of stone fruit, banana and those combined vanillin oak and brioche- like yeast characters that barrel fermentation brings. The palate is reflective of the bouquet, with hints of fruit salad, vanillin and pastry flavours and a flinty and refreshing acid finish. Although this wine can be enjoyed by itself slightly chilled, it will complement poultry, pasta and seafood dishes

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
