Dry, Medium Bodied style of MerlotPairs well with LambThis Merlot is the first produced in our range and has been grown in the cool climate viticultural region of Hilltops in southern NSW. The wine is bright cherry red in colour and has aromas of raspberry and cherry and hints of vanillin oak. The stylish palate is smooth and round with ripe cherry and red fruit nuances, varietal leafy characters and a balanced dry acid and tannin finish.
