This Semillon is quartz-green in colour with lifted, estery citrus bud, passionfruit and lemon-grass aromas. The refined palate possesses grapefruit and lime flavours and a refreshingly dry finish. This wine will mature well over the medium term, and with careful cellaring, the wine will develop bottle -aged toasty and lemon curd notes. This wine would complement steamed fish or chicken dishes.
