This handcrafted spirit combines traditional botanicals with lavender, rose, native hibiscus, chamomile and just a hint of lemon to create a delicately balanced floral gin. The distillery sits on a historic property, Lawnbrook and in its heyday, was frequented by many distinguished guests, including the Governor and the Prince of Wales in 1920. No doubt these early influencers would have enjoyed their fair share of gin. Serve chilled with soda and garnish with a slice of cucumber – perfect for your afternoon soiree Prince of Wales not compulsory.
