Raison D'etreFavorita Vermentino 2018
About this product
This wine is refreshing and zesty. Typically, it is complex to taste, with lively aromas of cider apples and white flowers, combined with a palate of crushed limestone, lime and citrus core. It has that wonderful minerality and saltiness which Vermentino displays making it superb with garlic prawns, crab linguini and chicken tacos.
Sourced from one of the few blocks of Vermentino in WA, grown on elevated well drained, deep gravel and laterite soils and ripening in warm dry summer days giving the wine it’s firm sense of Terroir, not dissimilar to its cousin the fashionable aromatic white of Sardinia.
