Dry, Full Bodied style of MalbecGood Malbec is exuberant and juicy. So this one is off the “Yeet” scale. Dark fruit exuding fresh red jube lollies and pomegranate on the nose, liquorice and turkish delight, coupled with a rich and sweet juiciness in the mouth and an obsequious velvety finish. Sourced from an elevated block, the fruit is de-stemmed, but not crushed to include whole berries. Fermented in small open tops, hand plunged twice daily then a dash in old oak to keep the vibrant fruit.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
