Dry, Full Bodied style of TempranilloThe Seven's Select Tempranillo was grown on our New Residence vineyard in South Australia. This variety has Spanish origins and is known for its complex, full bodied wines. It is the champion variety of Spains most famous wine region, Rioja. This wine was aged for 12 months in seasoned french oak barrels and is ideal to enjoy both at lunchtime or in the evening, with red meats and mildly spicy foods.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
