This is the second release of the Paisley Cashmere Riesling, with a hue of pale straw and tints of green. The nose has amazing lift with lemon balm, lime and orange blossom. The palate is medium flavour weight with appealing lemon sherbet, green apples and a touch of grassiness. It is super approachable with a fantastic balance of sweet fruit and a soft but cleansing acidity. The citrus fruits linger, the wine has moreish qualities.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
