Eden Valley has the perfect climate and soils for outstanding riesling. The Cashmere riesling is fresh and vibrant, displaying classic characters of green apple infused with lemon and lime. It has a floral note of orange blossom to fill out the palate, is beautifully balanced with good fruit sweetness and crisp acidity. Drinks exceptionally well now and will continue to age for a few years.
