It's as clean, fresh, fluid and well-made as you could wish. It presents red-berried flavours with splashes of mint and spice, and it remains juicy and appealing throughout. Ripeness is spot on, so too momentum through the palate. You could be excused for labelling this as ‘pure deliciousness'.

Paisley Wines, Paisley Velvet. In good form here. Lovely grenache. A deft hand. Fresh and exuberant. All about the quality and vigour of the fruit. Raspberry, sand, graphite, cloves and red licorice. Fine-grained tannin. Everything in good shape and order. Lovely wine to sit down to/settle in with.
