Vintage 2019
93 points Wine front
Grown on the Saltwater River vineyard in the Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania. Unfiltered and with minimal sulphur. Velvety texture, foresty fruits, sweet spice almost into mocha, both a freshness and a depth. There’s a ferrous aspect to this, almost graphite-like, almost iodine. It raises questions and gives multiple choice answers. It’s complex. It’s tasty. It’s very god.
